Hey guys, quick question. Is there any adverse effect on growth if one does stretching AFTER the other stuff (jelqs, slammers, etc.)? It's convenient to shower after the workout, and that's a good place to stretch. Also, I always get hard and stay hard for the first 20 minutes of the workout, and nothing seems to get it down (don't have to worry about ED I guess. :) ). So, it would be more convenient to stretch at the end. Just owndering if anyone else has tried this. thx.
