hi ive been peing for about 3 weeks .. have seen some gains in girth but im looking for length primarily . i belong to penis health ,... i am taking l-arginine as a supplement. heres my routine 2 days on 1 off

warm up
long shlong 15 sec 10 rep each side
long sh heli 10 reps
jelq 150-200 reps
horizontal movement
pc flex
warm up

i sometimes do stretching and jelq seperate b/c when stretching bc of this supplement its very easing to get erect and screws it up




help would be appreciated
