I do my pc exercises but I find it hard to get the full workout that I want. So I lube up with baby oil and masterbate to a full erection. Than I can do very POWERFUL kegals that can usually leave my pc muscle throbbing once I'm done.;) The key is to stop once you feel your erection going down and masterbate to a full erection to continue your exercise. What do you think about this exercise Moderators?;)

Artist had a Thread that explained alot about the PC muscle. He said that kegals should be done in the flaccid state.

I ,however, am like you, but I only have to have a partial erection to do kegals and it seems just as effective for me.

Like Daz said, try whatever works best for you.

Simply put, if you are getting results with this particular routine, or any other routine, then the routine is working then. Keep it up!

Has anyone heard of a cream called Natural Arousal. It contains L-Arginine and is said to do the same as taking the L-Argine pills except that it is being absorbed through the skin of the penis only instead of being absorbed through ingestion and flowing throughout the body. The website states that once applied to the penis you will get an erection in 10-30 minutes. I was thinking about using this cream to help with my kegal exercise that I described in this thread. Has anyone had any experiences with this cream? Do you think with cream would work? Go to www.all-weightloss.net/arousal.htm and let me know what you think about this product.

Even though it say that there are no side effects, if you were to use it transdermally, you still might get a rash, or develop skin condition problems. :)

I can understand if a male was of an older age and had problems trying to achieve an erection, and the use of Viagra was medically unsound for him.

But, I think personally, for younger people, they usually wouldn't have to wait 10 to 30 minutes for an erection to happen!

I think that a well developed PC muscle would suffice!

Never know until you try it out, though!
