View Full Version : Techniques for Max Resuts Girth more then Length

I'm looking for the best techniques for girth and length. I don't have a problem with my girth and length when errect but every bit helps.

However when I'm flacid my penis is less then average. I have only been practicing for about 3 weeks without gains. Any ideas or help would great.

I think that 3 weeks is a little too early yet to judge whether or not to deem your foray in PE a success or failure! You have to understand that it takes time before you will see results. For some people, this may be within a few short weeks, and for others, it may take a while longer!

When anyone begins a program of PE, the first couple weeks are usually spent getting to know how to perform the techniques correctly, and discovering how much pressure, stretch, pull, that you need to adequately perform the exercises! It's basically a learning process during this time!

Once you become a little more familiar with the exercises and can do them with relative ease, then you can really start to go for it!

With there being so many exercises that are designed into various programs, it can tend to become confusing, especially for somebody just beginning PE.

The exercises that are listed have been shown to effectively increase length and girth. You will first notice gains in your flaccid state, then your erect state (usually).

I suggest that you follow your program for a while yet!

If your looking for the best techniques for length and girth, the jelq will give you both; by manipulating your penis state, you can target each area. Performing any of the stretches will contribute to length gains.

Have you tried doing sitting stretches? This particular exercise is great for flaccid gains.

Have a little patience, somtimes too much enthusiasm can do more harm than good! The gains will come! :)
