Hey guys. I started about 2 months ago and have been reading/researching your posts for some time now (thanks by the way), but sadly haven't had much luck as of yet. For the first 6 weeks, I started from 200 jelks and worked up to 500 with stretching and warmup/down. I went on PSP about 2 weeks ago, and although it is great for the libido, still no dice. I don't drink, drug, or smoke and only have 1 cup of coffee in the morning (which ends this week). I am physically fit doing yoga and weights/cardio every week. I eat decent, take a multivitamin and beat off/fcuk around every other day.

Last week I changed my routine to the typical held stretches, 200 wet jelks (with kegal), 25 x 5sec squeezes, then 60 dry jelks (also don't forget my favorite: Helicopter twirls : )
I also clamp with my hand for a 150 count. I don't want to overdo it, and this simple new routine seems gives me a very nice pump. I am very mindfull of doing the excersises correctly and thoroughly. I kegal all day.

I like to do all my PE in the shower first thing in the morning after breakfast -5:30AM, then do 15 min on the eliptical machine, followed by 30-45 min of weights and crunches. I hope excersise after the PE doesn't impede on the process (?). It feels like my whole morning is spent counting !!

Is there anything wrong with what I'm doing? Anything I can do better? Am I on the right track? Any info/feeback would be very much appreciated, and again, thanks very much for all of your prior posts. I have learned a lot.

The only thing that you listed was girth work. What is your stretch routine.

Hey T

Hold stretch straight out for 30 sec hold...then circle counter clockwise 10 times.
Then 30 secs again and clockwise 10 times.

Repeat for Left, right, up and down (for down hold from behind)

Then repeat entire sequence a second time.

I use steady- consistant pressure.

Ultimately, I'm going for both length and girth gains (big suprise), but at the moment, my focus is on girth.

Here, I think this should work.

and you said that you didn't gain any results from p/e? i'd recommend shorter more intense pressure when doing stretches. holding it out for that long you lose intensity. so the more reps of shorter but more intense reps would be better than the reps that you hold out for longer in the same amount of time. exercising post workout shouldn't impede the process.

Got it. I'll hold for 15 secs and do an extra set. Thanks
