Im wondering what would be the best exercise for a beginner, which techniques would you start off with, how long and how many reps. If anyone has a good routeen that works can you list it.

The Wake Up Cloth 1 min.
The Long Shlong 3 min.
The Jelq 3 min.
Horizontal Movement 2 min.
The Wake Up Cloth 1 min.
PC Flex Basic 50 – 100 reps

Read up the exercises off the home site, study the video clips to make sure that you perform them the way they are supposed to be done, and get to work on the beginning routines, as listed in the Workout Routines.
If, at first, you are having trouble remembering just how to do an exercise, you could print out the specific exercise and keep it handy by your side, for quick reference!
