Ok here is my problm

TIME I NEVER HAVE ENOUGH

Ok i have been trying to do PE for the longest time, the most i have managed to pull off is about a month straight of PE. This is my problm, I work full time, after work im usually out with my friends, or surfing skating basicly doing alot of active stuff, by the time i get home it is usually after 12 and im beat and just want to go to bed

Now here is the thing i need to know, What can i do to make PE work around my schedule

I have read alot about the Device and from what I read it was not worth it, Yes the user did get gains but he said all the effort he had to put in to make the device was not worth it. So what do you guys think i should do. Is there any other devices or anything i can do to make my gains happen?

That's a complete bunch of Bull. 30 min. five times a week is nothing. Your looking for a magic wand, it doesn't exist. Join PenisHealth, then wake up 30 min. early five days a week and do the exercises. It's called personal motivation and work ethic. The only device you need is your hands, and your brain. Quit making up excuses and start working.

i agree put the effort in. My question is that sometimes when i have a really busy work day, i work contruction 10-12 hours a day 4 days a week, where im doing pe flexes during the day but i can fit in 100-200 jelqs some times then maybe stretches some where else is this beneficial to spread the workouts out or does it have to be all at once getting as much blood in as possibel?

Even 15 minutes a day will help you form the habit - that's a drop in the bucket of time. Do jelq's in bed or as your coffee cools down or even when you're taking a crap and do stretches in the shower. Split your routine if you have to. Do PC work in the car or anywhere for that matter. Try to make PE fun and enjoyable or keep a reminder of your goal. Myself, I look at porn and I find that I have to discipline myself to stop PE. I like it too much. Might need councilling.

The only thing I have to say is if you are in the food/hospitality business, don't do PE at work please, especially if you're making my cheeseburger and fries :sm30

You need realistic short term and long term goals. But I agree with the above, it's about attitude and choosing to make it a priority.

Well, if you prefer skating to enlarging your penis, I'd say you don't really need it.
