Ok guys - this is your new thread for all questions relating to Lativio that you would like our customer support team to answer.

This does not mean the ticketing and phone support has become redundant, we would still prefer you to use one of those methods rather than post it on here, simply because we cannot guarantee as quick a response on here as we can by phone or email.

Currently we have two members of our support team on here (Emma and Jade) and we will be looking to add a 3rd shortly. They are on hand to answer your questions and give advice, so if you have a question you would like them to answer nows your chance!

just a question. i'm definitely going to be buying psp pills within the next few months. but i've been hearing the new extra strength pills have the same effect as taking single pills of the old formula.

so my question is, if enough customers complain about how weak taking 1 extra strength pill is, will you change back to the old formula anytime soon or will pride take the better of you and you will continue providing an inferior product to what was once very effective at 3 a day.

the reason why i ask this is because i think if i wanted a 6 month supply of psp, i'd have to purchase atleast the 12 month supply and take two a day, or three a day, to get the same effect. so essentially i'm actually paying 2x or 3x more for the same effectiveness per month.

so i don't want to buy the extra strength ones if you guys are gonna be reverting back to the old ones. i don't want to be stuck with something that costs more and does less.

hi, i m downloading the videos from ph but i can not view them at all.i download mediaplayer10 as it says in case u can not view the videos at all but still nothing.just mension that the video(horizontal movement) u have put in this forum just for taking an idea of the new ph i can see it..annother problem when i click where it ssay for upgrade the membership an empty page comes out and it says page can dot display

If you can download and play the movies on the new version of the site then that is the main thing as the site will be updated in a matter of days now!

Have you given the video long enough to start playing? I have just tried it myself and even after it says it is 'done' loading it still takes a little while for the video to play.

The 'Upgrade Membership' no longer works as you now get everything when you sign up so there is nothing to upgrade to! This will disappear on the new site :)

thanks a lot for the replay.i try it so many times and left for a while after downloading but still nothing.i ll wait and hope that the new vercion will be ok for me also..i ll wait

Maybe the vids could be formatted so that members can download them to their PCs. Some of the media software has changed so much that new codecs may be required; or maybe an upgrade/change in media players is in order.

The new site will link to the latest Windows Media Player so that everyone can download the latest version to watch them :)
