my penis is uncircumsized and as long as i can remember when i would pull my foreskin down to reveal the head of my penis and i would touch the head it was very sensitive, it didnt hurt but it was very uncomfortable, i tried to wear boxers with the foreskin pulled down but i couldnt bare the uncomfortnenss, is this normal and is there anything i can do change that??
