Secondly, I wasn't asking for you to create a routine for me. I was asking about your experience. I thought that was what this forum was for, to share our experiences and techniques so we all might benefit. Your signature says "ask me for advice." :confused:

Hey mate,
top right hand corner you have the "welcome" message and under that is the PM (private messages) link it will tell you the number of unread messages, just keep an eye on that as you use the forum and click the link to take you top the messages. To send a PM to a member, click on their username and select the option from the dropdown. ;)
You need to enable your private messaging, go to "user CP" , then select "edit options" and in private message, tick the check box for enabling PM ;)

Anyone reading this thread who cannot see my original post as it's "snipped" (I’m not sure what that means). I had asked about timing of exercises. I bought the Size Genetics System, which really emphasizes that time duration overall is what creates results. On Penis-Health the routines put forth are several exercises based on duration, not repititions. My question was based on Big Al's amazing results, which he states in his FAQ's were gained by certain exercises, how long did he do them each session? My inquiry was to find out if he did a smaller group of exercises for a longer period of time. Anyway, it's not important at this time. I understand that Big Al has been requested to refer people to PH personal coaching by the owners of this post and doesn't want to overstep his bounds. At the time I made this thread I did not know what PM's were or how to do them. In all fairness I should have used PM. I was just looking to get an idea of what I would be in for if I added exercises to my SG routine, not to have a routine made for me. A form of research, if you will. So...
Anyone else looking to get an idea of what they'll need to do to get realistic results should make reference to Dazz's post below, which gives a detailed account of his journey thus far.
Dazz, one of this forums most inspiring members, gives you an idea of what's needed. He's very open and willing to answer questions about what he's done to achieve his results. Merging his threads into this massive thread I feel is a great resource for all of us. Thanks Dazz.

Your entire post sort of confuses me. Whats with the explanination and all about the post Big Al "snipped". Why not just put the Dazz part up:confused:

It's well understood that my philosophy on some aspects of PE differs somewhat from Penis-Health's. That's why I've been instructed by the owners of this forum to direct anyone looking for alternative advice to check out the consultation link that I've provided. This is partially done to avoid a conflict of interest.
I hope this clarifies things for you.

I realize when it was "snipped" it was because Big Al wanted to address it through PM; which at the time I did not know how to do. The thread then progressed without a beginning. I felt the need to clarify what the thread was in regard to and that I understood Big Al's position. That's all.
I was not inferring that he was censoring me. I do not understand what "snipping" means. I would have thought it was edited. I didn't know if I had done something wrong.
