Hey guys, i recently just joined the team :D i hope i will get to know all of you soon.
anyway i have a few questions, i hope someone will be able to answer these for me. i am currently a uni student, and pretty much have to get up early and wont come back till 6 or so in the after noon, i have only started PSP 2 days ago, and i want to be on the right track.
First questions is, When should i take the pill? i know after a meal, but would i get better gains if i did my exercise 1 hour after i take them? or would it be ok for me to exercise PE anytime of the day, usually i do it in the shower as it works as a warm up as well.
Second question is, is it ok to masterbate? i have read on here that i should not do it 3-4 hours before or after the exercise? anyone confirm me on this?
i have more questions but i would like to know these first two before i go on with anything.
My current Flacid length is about 13cm (not sure in inch) and Erect length is 16.7 (think 6.7inch?), girth flacid was about 14cm.
i am not trying to achieve unrealistic goals, but would like to pass 7.5" close to 8" mark, have got 4 months of supply of PSP, i hope everything will go well:)

In answer to your Qs:
The ideal situation is to take the pill 1 - 2 hours before your workout. This capitalises on the initial uptake / effects of the ingredients, however, this is not hard and fast as the ingredients will provide their effects all day.
We recommend the the 3 hour window of no masturbation before PE as it may affect (lessen)the level of erection required for the girth exercises. The same applies after the workout so that the pump may be retained for the longest possible period. If you blow your load, the turtle effect is sure to occur and the pump is lost.

As a newbie, I suggest that you familiarize yourself with features of the site in general and the differences between each forum so that you may post appropriately and read the following important links that will give you a good start toward achieving your goals. The forums hold a wealth of information from newbies expressing their questions, concerns and fears, to seasoned users of the program sharing their tips, experiences and gains. Routines are suggested here, along with progression sequences. This site will take all the guesswork out of it and is money well invested as a start in your PE journey :)

update 2 weeks!
well i have been on psp for 2 weeks now! and wow! there is some pretty good gains here! my flacid girth and length has increased alot! very pleased with the product, all i can say is, do your exercise 2 on 1 off, do the warm up! and eat/exercise well! i have been going to the gym everyday this whole month, and everything is starting to whip in to shape :D

although one questions, when i jelq, my pubic hairs get caught and sometimes pulls, is it better if i trim it down? what do you guys do?
