What is a reversed kegal and how do U perform it? Are reversed kegals more intense than regular kegals?

A reverse kegal can best be described like where you are trying to force the urine out when you are taking a leak, as hard as you can.
A kegal, in my opinion, is more of an intense workout than reverse kegals, when relating it to the PC muscle.
However, a word of caution about reverse kegals. Anyone with a hernia is liable to aggravate their condition by performing these.

I also forgot to mention, that the intention of doing reverse kegals is mainly to help in the stretching portion, like right after performing a kegal, or an intense stretch. Something along that line!
