can not login

i mtrying to log ion the new forum but with ou result.i click where it says members login and then a page appears which says" The requested URL /members was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.penishealth.com Port 80"why is that?

You should not be experiencing diffiulties logging in now so please ensure you have your username and password correct and also make sure you clear your cache, it could be that your computer is still remembering the page from when you couldnt log in.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache as detailed above as that sound like the most likely cause of this.

You will also need to refresh or preferlably close and restart your browser.

yea, i basically went on and cleared, cookies,cache,history in the firefox browser

well i tried the old url and its http://www.penis-health.com/members/index2.html
and that comes with a redirect showing

404 Error Page - The page you was looking for was not found.

then i go to the regular penishealthwebsite and go to members login and it cant find the members page,

in internet explorer its just a page cannot be found.

Ok what it appears to be is that you are trying to access a page that we have removed from the old version, we have now put a redirect on this page so it should work, please try it again now and let me know if you are sorted or not. :)

Ok our programming department believe it is because your DNS has not yet updated, it can take 24-48 hours to do this depending on your ISP, therefore it should be fine in a day or two.

As with gstandup your error is most likely due to your DNS not having updated yet, hopefully within a day or so you will be fine.

In the mean time have you tried logging in on the link I posted above?

Just thought that I would throw my 2 cents in. I went to the site and went to the bottom of the page and clicked on the member login tab. That is the way I used to eneter the site. I then got a message from Internet Explorer that the page could not be found. I then went and cleared my cache and tried again. Got the same message. the home page looks real nice, but it's kind of useless if the members cannot even get in. Just thought that I would add this, I went back to try again and saw the members login tab at the top of the page, and tried that. Got the same message "this page could not be found" so neither login tab worked for me. Another add on: I clicked on that direct kink from your prior post, saved it, and now I can access the site without a problem. It looks good. I haven't check out things like the videos yet, but the site looks more professional. I think that you guys did a good job.

As I say the problem seems to be down to your DNS not updating, there is little you or we can do about that its just a case of being patient and waiting for your ISP to update it, hopefully everyone will be fine over the next 24 hours or so but failing that you can use the link I posted for the time being as this bypasses the need for your DNS to update :)

These Threads Show A Login Problem Going Back To May Of This Year. I Have Had Nothing But Probs Since Aug. Payment Of Site And Still Cannot Gain Access(now The End Of Sept.). Support Claims Problem On My End, Even After Doing All That Has Been Suggested By Them. Incorrect Id/password Or The Account Is Locked Are The Responses I Get When I Try To Login. Any Ideas?

Also, everyone else has been able to access the site since posting, and outstanding problems are dealt with by the Technical Team.

Id/passwrd Entered Correctly(proper Case&spelling)-download Mozilla-use Explorer-cleared Cache-cookies Are Enabled-content & Sercurity(set To Allow)-firewall,etc. Set To Allow(or Disabled Completely While Trying Ph Site)-either Account Locked Or Incorrect Id/password Displayed-have Rec'd 404 Error Message On Several Occasions. I'm Told(by Support) That I Can Enter Site, But Yet-the Site Locks Out Or Does Not Recognize My Id/passwd.

Ok, so from this we can establish the following:

1. That your cookies are enabled - as they should be

2. That your are not using AOL - which can cause problems for some reasons :confused:

3. That your Firewall settings are not blocking anything.

Have you tried loggin in under the alternative Membership link (which product did you purchase?)

These error messages are not usually displayed when there is a login fault - it may be that the details you are using are incorrect.
