Why do you give your size in cm. and goals in inches???

He's got both inches and cm on his goals. The SG system makes reference to CM since it's European.

I have just started using the device,first 4 days I used it for 3 hours,to get used to it,
but now i decided to add small peace to it,I feel comfteble with it,using for 4 hours a day
for the last 3 days,I have decided to add every 10 days a small peace to it ,do you think this progrham would work for me??

Add half rods only when you feel that the current set up isn't giving you enough of a stretch. That may take more than 10 days.
