I posted this in another forum before I realized that there was one specifically for customer service...oops. Anyway, I appreciate any assistance. I'm psyched and ready to begin this PE thing! Here is the problem as posted in the other forum:

Hi, Paul. I am the one who asked a few questions yesterday...thanks for the response. I just checked out the new Penis-Health site and I am still having the same problem with signing up. When I click "Order Online" it takes me to the page for filling in all of the basic info...screen name, password, address, ect. but never gives me the option to put in a credit card number for payment. Clicking "submit order" at that point does nothing, of course, and the loader page just goes on forever. I called customer support (twice) and they were very nice both times but basically said the same thing; "we are updating and must be having technical difficulties, check back later." I'm ready to sign up today if you can help me get this glitch sorted out. Thanks for the help!

JR

Hi JR

Sorry to hear you are still having problems. I have done a test sign up myself and all seems to be working fine at our end so I can only guess it is a problem at your end of things.

As I have suggested to another customer you can try clearing your browser cache to make sure your browser isnt still looking for the old page, instructions for IE can be found here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx

Daft question but have you ensured all the details you have entered on that first page are ok? For example if say your post code is not valid or you havent checked the box to say you agree to the terms and conditions then it will reload the same page and put a red box around the missing information. It will not ask for credit card details until after you have clicked submit order and input all your username and address details details correctly.

If none of this helps then please feel free to click the button to order by telephone, you can then speak to a member of our support team who will process your order for you.

Any more problems let me know.

Paul.
