A few years ago I found out about penis pumps and from what I read, it seemed that anyone who uses it will experience an increase in penis size of at least an inch, although the gains are only temporary. I decided to buy it just to see what it was like to have an 8 incher but suprisingly, my penis did not experience any length gains and only very minimal girth gains (if any) even during or directly after using it. Now since i was led to believe the pump will automatically increase size for a short time and I did not gain at all, I was disapointed to say the least. To wrap this up, I also tried other pills and exercises for a few months with zero gains. Does this mean that I am someone who can simply not enlarge my penis naturally or should i just keep at it for a longer time before giving up entirely? any responses from long time users or other people who had my problem would greatly be appreciated as I am just about to start the whole process over again. thanks
oh yea...i forgot to mention i was a pretty strict weight lifter for hs and beginning of college. protien shakes and healthy meals all the time but it took me a long time to ever get any real gains. just thought I'd throw that in incase theres a correllation (even though the penis isnt a real muscle)

I'm not a long time PE'er, but I have had gains, and it does work.. I hate to prove something that seems so much like a scam, as a gift from god.. lol .. :) umm I would just tell you that don't give up, I don't know how long it took you to start gaining muscle from weightlifting, but i see you have changed your diet for it.. hense the protein.. umm also, maybe you should scrutinize your diet a little and find out what sorts of things may help penis gains... same way protein works on muscles, maybe there is a miracle vitamin or something that can help you...
all i'm saying is don't give up yet! :)

The most important thing in achieving gains is sticking in a dedicated routine for a number of weeks or months.
Some people see gains after just a few weeks but for others it takes a few months. If you stick at it in a consistent dedicated routine the gains will come. :)

Pumps don't work well for permanent enlargement. You didn't give the details of your PE exercise regimen. Please supply that info so that you can get further guidance.

I know pumps dont work well for permanent enlargement, but if I cannot even achieve a temporary enlargement, I feel as though my penis is at its absolute max for whatever reason.
As for my routine in the past, it is hard to recall exactly but it was just about all jelqing and long schlong helis for 20 or so min a night. Currently I started off with the beginner routine from penis-health, but as I read more and more threads, I have been switching it up a lot to see what I like best. I'm assuming the "dedicated" part of the PE is just exercising in general and not the exact same thing each night so correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway, I still do the beginner routine as I shower but at night when I would normally masturbate, I have been trying squeezes and supra slammers right after edging (tonight I edged/slammed about 6 times). I am also taking the new formula PSP pills once a day.
Hopefully with these new techniques and "improved" pills will finally give me some results but I am always open to some criticism.

That's not correct. You as a bodybuilder should know that a pump doesn't necessarily indicate that you're going to grow.

Take your PE workouts as seriously as you do your weight workouts- keep logs of sets, reps, intensity used, etc. As with weight training, slow and steady progression is the key to making gains.

you know, if I didn't keep accurate records I could fool myself into thinking that I've done a lot when in actuality I hadn't done as much as I thought.
Keeping precise records will encourage you to continue when you start feeling discouraged.
It will also help you evaluate what's working for you and what's not working.
If we just float along and say "it's not working" and "I've done all this work" and someone asks "how much" and you can't say either way, well how do you know if it's working or not?
The routines and exercises are guideposts that we use to help evaluate ourselves as we work on our own.
