I was just wondering what the highest recorded gains are for a PEer.

Is he still on a routine still trying to gain, or on a maintainence program, or has he quit altogether, if you know?
I guess this question would be better directed at Big Al!

What exactly do you mean? If you have something to say, then say it! This forum is an open forum and opinions, whether they are dissenting or not, are available for discussion. But, how can we discuss something when we don't even know what to discuss about?

A few years ago, I added 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth. I have maintained my gains over the past 3 years. There's a gentleman in one of the other forums taht goes by the nick "BIB" who added over 4 inches in length with weight hanging. I know of another gentleman that owns his own YahooGroups that goes by the nick "monkeysr2cool" that added almost 4 1/2 inches with intense jelqs and stretches done in bursts throughout the day.

Just goes to show the variety of methods to arrive at gains!

What has it taken to maintain those gains Big Al? Do you still do any exercises?
Big Al

Just PC work. I test out some exercises now and then to get the feel of them, but that's about it.

I only did exercises. When I started PE (about 1998) there weren't any good pills available.

Well, I've gained 4cm in length in two months thus far.

The biggest gainers I've seen are BIB & DLD. Both gaining 4" in length. I don't know about BIB's girth, but DLD has gained 2" in girth. While RedZulu2003 has gained about 2.5" I think.

Big Al,
Were these, by and large, done every day of the week, or did this person take one or two rest days per week? Just curious. Sometimes I'm tempted to do something similar with the girth routine I've been doing lately---at times I get the urge to go and do some more at various points throughout the day, and I'm often tempted to just do that on a daily basis from now on.
But is that safe? Is it conducive to gains (sure sounds like it based on that account you gave)?
What if, for instance, it is only red spots that are present...even if in large numbers. One can still workout with those, right? If however, there are purple blotches, then time for a day off.
Doesn't this sound like a good rule to go by? (i.e. red spots okay, so workout daily, but take a day off if purple blotches are there and still present the day after a workout)
Obviously we wouldn't recommend this for a newbie, but I'm wondering what you and the other vets' thoughts are on this whole theory (which seems to apparently have worked---exceptionally well---for some people).

Yeah, I've heard of others who've done only jelqs and gotten good gains. I get bored too easily though :sm26
as for your spots training method hehe.
Yeah, you can train with red dots. If you get purple blotches, means you went too extreme for your level and should cool down for next time.

Good, that's what I figured, although it's nice to get feedback from experienced folks, just to make sure. Thanks wohoo.
In light of all of this, perhaps I'll stick to my current 2 on, 1 off schedule---minimum---and intermittently add sessions to it whenever I feel like putting in some extra work (provided that I am not 'purply-blotched' prior to a workout).
This all means, for all intents and purposes, that I could very well end up doing 7 days worth of several girthwork sessions per day! Of course, I'm sure it won't start out at 7 days per week!
Big Al, I would still like to hear your responses to my other questions.
Thanks,
Big Vine

That gentleman was a fanatic about PE. He started off light and worked himself up to doing close to an hour of hard jelqing a day.

I would say if you're going to do what he did- be careful!

You can but it's not advisable.

IMO your spots shouldn't be larger than pinhead-size.
Thanks Big Al.
IMO your spots shouldn't be larger than pinhead-size.
This is the guideline that has seemed reasonable to me based on everything I've read and experienced through doing girthwork, so thank you for confirming this as well.
I will not hesitate to plow through additional girthwork sessions---even if I have many of these red spots---whenever I feel the urge to do so! I'm glad that you, wohoo, and I (and many others, from what I've read elsewhere) seem to agree that doing girthwork with red spots---while perhaps not advisable---is at least acceptable, within reason.
Any sign of larger/purplish blotches, however, and a rest day is in order!

I'm sure it is possible. It is a really good result for the poster, as that is over 1 1/2 inches gain in 2 months. Something i'm sure everyone would have liked to gain so quickly.

I'm not into playing games and lying for hype. It's the truth. And I'm not done yet.
It's pretty funny, because my girlfriend was talking about it and says:
"I've noticed you got bigger! I got an email in my junk mail for penis enhancements, tell me you didn't take them!"
I denied it, but I didn't tell her that I was taking PSP instead. :p

Personally, if I only have tiny red dots, I workout anyway. I found out that the red dots go away after the second workout, and new ones appear in other places :p

Well congratz and keep up the good work! I started this month but I alredy see i wont experience such big gains as you have had. But maybe it will change. Now i added some time to my jelqing and began doing the long shlong. The PSP arrived to me 2,3 days ago. Holidays, i have to give everything i got! Say... how many pills have you been taking daily?

Remember Something: A basic Fact of PE Life. There are quick gainers and hard gainers, and there is absolutely no way of predicting or suggesting were someone will fall. I would say that the hard gainers far outnumber the quick gainers, but that comment is just based on reading comments from various members. I'm one of the hard gainers, but I am not complaining, just stating a fact. My main point is not to let your expectations be based on other people's results. It can lead to discourgement if you expect quick and your a hard gainer. Just accept the fact of, you are what you are, and the key to success with PE is dedication, consistency, and intensity.

Absolutely! If anyone can take anything from what I said, it's PE works. It works, and in time, you will be completely happy with your size and yourself.
