Enlarging the base!

Hey,
any body know a practice that enlarge the first quarter of the shaft near the base.
i heared that a kind of hanging is useful, but i don't know how.

try the reverse trap jelq..

Multi-direction hanging and stretching will also work.

I didn't stretch or hang ever, and didn't use the reverse trap jelq.
I'll try that and hope to works.
