Hello there again. I've been working out (just regular old muscles) for over 8 months now. I've found that I am the type of guy who gets cut real fast, but never gains weight - fast metabolism and all. A meat head friend of mine suggested drinking protein shakes because I'm probably not getting enough in my diet to promote muscle growth (and I thought I was doing well with my multivit). And then I connected the dots and started searching this forum. I've read some posititve posts about protein and penis gains, but would like to hear any opinions that a dedicated thread might bring about.

From what I have heard, I don't think it actually grows like mucles. It just expands it's current volume.

I'm takin' protein shakes and kreatin too, will this have any positive or negative effect on PE'ing?

how would protein and creatine have a negative effect on pe? i'm sure it won't, if anything it will, if complemented with regular workout and exercise, help you cut the fat pad.

I know it's not a muscle, but I wonder if a healthy amount of protein could help facilitate the expansion. What do the cells need to actually expand? There has to be some sort of biological/chemical catalyst too, right? I dunno, I'm not a biologist. I'm just fishing for a connection.
I certainly don't think that Protein or Creatine would hurt growth. Don't take too much of either, though. It'll hurt your kidneys/liver.

While the penis is not a muscle there are muscles attached along the bottom 1/4.
In addition, the process of seeing gains in PE is the same as for muscle growth. Stretching is basically doing damage to the ligs that needs to be repaired. Jelqing is overexpanding the chambers that then need to be repaired.
Protein is essential in cell repair and growth. I take protein and have since I started PE.

Protein will not have a negative effect on pe, actually it should help, not only with muscle but with penis growth as well. Creatine on the other hand could potentially have a negative effect on pe. Next time you decide to take a scoop of creatine look at the ingredients, one of them will be caffeine with some searching you will find the negative effects it has on erection quality, and flaccid hang.

I just checked my Creatine Supplement and it doesn't say Caffine anywhere. Maybe it depends on which one you have??

taking protein will probably beneficial for the simple fact that your body needs protein for healthy operation. the benefits for PEing from supplementing protein into your regular diet may not be direct but, there should be some.
creatine Does Not contain any caffine.. there may be supplements that have both creatine and caffine in them but, creatine itself Does Not contain any caffine
creatine is found naturally in many food (especially red meat) and is a compound that our bodies naturally make, which is used to supply energy to our muscles. Yes you are correct! The supplement I had was not just creatine it had other additives in it which was also caffeine. I than grabbed the "pure creatine monohydrate" supplement I have and there is no caffeine:o I apologize for the confusion...

A diet ADEQUATE in protien should take care of whatever stress the penis endures from PE. You certainly wouldn't need to raise your protein levels for PE as if you were trying to pack on mass.

supplement I had was not just creatine it had other additives in
thought that it was something like this, probably just grabed it without paying to much attention to see what was in it... i sometimes do stuff like that and then realize that i have the wrong thing

Well I made the mistake in a different post as well. I will be sure to read the supplement before buying it next time for sure. I couldn't figure out why I was getting a headache till I read the ingredients LOL:sm24

Gosh, I'm glad I grabbed the right creatine on accident. I just got over caffine DeTox and it would have been a nasty suprise!!

Yes, but if you are already working out a lot - which is going to use up a lot of protein - could your body's ability heal the penis be compromised because you've then spread the trauma all over the body?
I've read that it is quite possible to get the propert amount of protein for any exersise program through diet, but sometimes the shake is just easier and faster.

Yes, but if you are already working out a lot - which is going to use up a lot of protein - could your body's ability heal the penis be compromised because you've then spread the trauma all over the body?
Whatever quantity of protein that the penis would require would be so minimal that it wouldn't make much difference.

I would say the protein is for your bodies basic needs and the healthier you are the better gains you should see while PEing.
If you're not sure if your body is getting as much protein as it needs in the first place than a good protein supplement could be beneficial. One thing to remember though, is the body can only process so much protein at a time... so taking excess amounts of protein in a short period of time is a waste because it will join the other waste leaving your body.
I'm no nutritionist or anything like that but, having about 35% of your daily calorie as protein is pretty good

and you gained over an inch in a month, so there must be something to be said for protein! how much do you take?
