Hi, I got my device on the 11th and it's been working fine. The one problem I have is this: The threading on the aluminum pieces seems to be a little too short and they keep loosening up at the base (the last chrome rod). What can be done about this?
Thanks in advance,

OK, well... I guess I'll reply to my own thread! ;)
I found two (2) aluminum pieces in the kit that have longer threading and connected those to the chome base pieces. It makes the stretch slightly longer than was I had the unit set to but I guess that's not a bad thing. Still comfortable to wear for 2+ hours at a time.

i think that is a common problem, just eyeball it everytime you take it off and tighten it back down when needed.

Thanks - the problem only occurred at the point where the chome socket meets the first aluminum piece. Fortunately 2 of my longer aluminum pieces had longer threads on them and the fit is perfect. ALL of the aluminum pieces fit together just fine.
I should have investigated my collection of spare parts more carefully before posting.
