How many reps do you do for each exercise? I can't find the information.

Pertaining to jelqs, a good speed would be about 3 seconds per jelq, from base to the coronal ridge. If, for example, you are to jelq for 10 minutes, and say about 15 jelqs per minute, give or take a few depending whether you have to maintain a particular erection state, that's 150 jelqs for 10 minutes.
Applying the 3 second criteria for jelquing can help establish your repetition amounts for your given jelq time. It is a good guestimate!
As for stretches, the main thing you want to accomplish is the feeling that you stretching your ligaments, then begin your countdown time from here onwards, and as a result, you can build your own routine with repetitions and durations known.
It is mentioned however that you are to perform a desired amount of repetitions as you like, or as required to fit your time allowance.
