Hi, new guy here. I understand PC excercises and find them fairly easy to do. Unless I have already came that day I am a quick shot so I am hoping PC excercises will help. So please explain to me the theory of how it helps. I have found that flexing my PC muscle while having sex accelerates my ejaculation. Flexing my PC muscle flexes my penis and makes it harder, which makes it cum faster. IF I am extremely stimulated, my muscle seems completely flexed already and I can't flex it anymore to hold back an ejaculation. Please help a new guy understand, I can't be the only person feeling this way can I?

Once the PC muscle as been built up and exercised you will be able to tense it and hold back during sex.

Hi, thanks for the replies and the link. The problem, the page that link directed me to made no mention of controlling ejaculation being one of the benefits of Kegel excercises even though it specifically listed the benefits. And on that same site, under a section titled Lasting Longer, doing Kegel excercises was not one of the suggestions. Is the controlling of an ejaculation by doing PC excersises just a myth? Can anyone tell me that it really worked for them or give me a source that mentions it as a method (other than this site)?

I for one can say that doing kegals has changed my sex life completly!! I used to be able to last but not as long as I wanted to. I started doing kegals and now I am at the point where I can comand my sexlife, for instance I can ejaculte without having an orgasm. I bet you thought they were the same thing but they are not. If you go to my TIPS,TRICKS,AND SUPPLEMENTS thread I am sure you will find that it is a big help to you. It has things, such as a breathing exercise which will help your kegal efforts and a website that contains a device that helps you perform the kegal exercise. There are also other methods to prevent ejaculation. Just when you are beginning to get to point where you know in a few more seconds you are going to ejaculate, slow down the pace, or even stop for a few seconds, then slowly continue.

Or, practice this method on your own with some privacy. Masturbate yourself to the point of ejaculation, then pinch your glans tight. This will cause a discomforting feeling, and the urge to masturbate will subside. Then, repeat the exercise again. You should, over time, be able to develop the ability to last longer.

However, doing this will tend to cause your erection to subside, and you will have to bring it back up again for performance. This can be some awkward moments during sex.

If you want the benefits of orgasming without ejaculation, thus losing your erection, and lasting longer, and having a harder erection too, then PC flexes, and the mastery of the PC muscle, will give you these benefits, and others as well. :)
