I am uncircumicised. Lately I have been seeing a white substance over the head of my penis when i pull back. Most of it washes off but for the most part its still there. I am very concerned because i heard that this can cause the foreskin to get stuck?! and surgery will be needed?! Does masturbation play any role in this forming substance? Thank you!

i dont think logically the foreskin would be able to stick to it if u were fine before since ur still work it at least once a week.. to my knowledge, it's an defect that ppl were born with foreskin overcapping the head.

It's likely just "smegma". Webster defines smegma as the cheesy sebaceous matter that collects between the glans penis and the foreskin or around the clitoris and labia minora. Good hygiene should take care of it.
