If i do two hard workouts in two days and feel I need to rest on the third day, should I do any sitting stretches? Should I do any pc Flexes?
What is the best thing to do on your rest day? Nothing? or hotwraps and light stretches and massages?
Why is the penis so much different than all our other muscles in our body? You would never train your bicepts for 30min 3 days in a row with only 1 day off?
Has anyone tried a workout where you train hard, really hard for like an hour then take two or three days off and do it again?

What I think:
You shouldnt do 2 workouts in a day.
On your rest day the best thing to do is nothing.
The penis itself is not a muscle...
Hard workouts tend to lead to little results unless anyone as experienced different?

Sorry I was a little unclear. I did one workout two days in a row.
Thanks for the answers.

My apologies. Working out like that is fine, 2 days 1 off is a good routine.

You want everything to recover fully, this includes your PC muscle as well.

What would be better to put on my penis after a workout moisturizer cream or Johnsons baby oil with aloe vera and Vitamin E.
Or is their something else I should be using?
I have been getting medium sized red bumps/brusie right below the head of the penis.
I think it is from doing the stretches.

100% Vitamin E pure oil is what I use after workouts, and for instances where I incur bruising, I use a natural topical gel called Arniflora.
Make sure to perform an adequate warm-up and cool-down to lessen the occurence of injuries and blood spots. Doing a midworkout warm-up is a good idea, too!
Just a suggestion. Maybe you are gripping too hard for the stretches. Try to "lock" your grip behind the coronal ridge of your glans. :)
