hey everyone,

I was just wondering if it was ok to flex your pc muscle while you are jelqing so u can get an increase of blood flowing into the penis???

If you mean a quick PC flex before you start the jelq, which will infuse a bit more blood into your penis, thus enabling you to expand your penis even more while jelquing, that's fine!

You have increased within your penile shaft the volume of blood over your normal jelq blood volume. In doing so, the increase in blood levels when jelquing will tend to put more expansional stresses on your penis! In other words, your penis overall will be expanded more as compared to a regular jelq.
