I am brand new to penis health and am wandering if anyone can give me a really good workout for a newcomer? Also how long I should stick with the workout? If you are wandering, I have worked out twice, and am taking a day of rest. I will be getting back to work tomorrow, and am hoping that I get a response soon.

Stick with the PE workouts until you reach your goals. After you get to where you want to be, you should still do some stamina work to help maintain your size.
