I have ordered sizepro pills through mail order and my mail order together with the money has been delivered by fedex 3 days ago..until now i havent received any email from the sizepro office..I've been sending email through their customer support but i havent received a single reply!..Guys please help me..i have invested my savings to the sizepro products because i believe in them.. I hope you guys can help me..:)

Hi mate,
If you mean Prosolution Pills, you have come to the right place. If you DO mean "Sizepro" then you will need to attend their website with your questions.
BTW - Check your junkmail folder ;)

Thank you for the fast reply..I should have ordered your product instead of sizepro..In case i order your product through mail together with the money how many days will it take to receive my order?..:)

It would depend usually to some extent where in the world you live, and the shipping option you choose.
We do offer a free shipping service, and this usually takes around 7-10 working days to be received, but this option is not tracked or guaranteed.
We also offer fast tracked shipping at a cost of around £11.79GBP or $20 USD, this is usually received within 3-5 working days, and you can track the progress of the package from when it leaves our depot to when you sign for it at your door.

Hi, I have ordered a six month's supply of prosolutionpills last sunday. Until today (friday) I have not been able to track my order through their trackign services. It is said on the site that it will take 2-4 days to ship with the extra money... I sent them an e-mail asking if my order is being processed yet, but there still isnt a reply yet. has the company closed down or something!? please advice.

You need to give us an order number so we can track where it is, the best thing is to email support@lativio.com with your order number and copy the above into the email. :) If still no luck in a few days simply call :)
