I returned my product to the company that says they have the best gurantee on the internet. Sent it FEDEX with tracking numbers and tracked the package it was delivered to the company with the address they provide. I called about my refund they said," Im sorry sir its not here, I wish there was something we could do." So think twice about this!!!!!!!

I have to disagree, i have sent something back in the past and they where extremly helpful. I phoned up and explained the situation and they where very polite and helped me through the problem since then i have reordered many times.

I had also phoned to them, what do you tell them when you are staring at fedex screen that says it was delivered and they agree with you but they cant refund the card beacause they cant find it?

Well i would suggest giving them the fed ex information so that they can track it. personally i think that they offer the best CS
