I was wondering if doing this would improve my jelq?Would it help trap the blood in the penis more effectively I wonder..Any thoughts on this yall?

Check out the PE Newbie FAQ where Edward discusses rubber bands.

Using rubber bands is one technique that you could use. However, the only way to find out if it will help improve your jelq is to actually go ahead and try it! :)

thanks for the reply TB!Iwent and read the newbie q & a and it was helpful to and extent..the reason I asked this question was Im wondering if Im doing the the jelq right..Ive viewed the pics and movies but Im still unsure,the reason being is because Ive been at this PE since Oct of 2002 and have very minimal results..I even bought the Pro-solution pills a month ago,and havent seen a great response to them...Im going to post my workout here and please tell me what you think..Im getting very disappointed in my progree and about ready to call it quits...my workout is as follows..............4 min=warm up
5 min stretch(long shlong)
2 min stretch(sitting on it for flaccid gains)
2 min stretch(heli variations))
30 min very intense I think Jelq(I use baby oil)
4 min (warm down)
I do this program 3 days on,1 off,2 days on one off...

To me this is a sound workout after reading up on this subject,thats why I cant understand why Im not succeeding:(
I take my pro-solution pills religiously..Once in the morning at 5:30am after breakfast..Then I take a Balanced Amino acid pill at this time for collegen repair and other benifits(it has all the essential and non-essential ones in it)...I take one at 12:00pm after lunch...when I get home I take one more Amino acid pill,,then around 7:30pm after dinner I take the third Pro-solution pill...

height 5"11
non smoker
I have a home gym and have a fitness program in place as to improve my whole body and spirit.
penis measurements are as follows
flaccid=31/2 in
erect =6 1/2 in BP....
This forum has been very helpful to alot of people including me and I hope it will apply here,so to all who have any ideas please by all means express them,,,including the idea of the rubber band to help free upspace on the penis and to trap blood better...

calm down Batting...... If you have been here a while then you will know we answer all questions on the forum and already TB as given you a very detailed reply. I do not have time to reply to every thread instantly and one of the mods as already answered u and i will add my feedback soon.

Hello Batting48!

Just a few comments. Have you, when you just started, and compared to now, make any gains at all?

What's your diet like? Sometimes you can have the best workouts ever all the time, but the diet will usually kill it! I assume that since you have a home gym, that you realize to optimize the results of the gym work that you should eat properly!

Well, maybe you are in the throes of a plateau! This is where a person is at a point of realizing little to no gain. Usually, by changing their routine, such as interchanging new exercises for old, might be the catalyst to jump start your gaining. Tissues have the capability to develop "memory", and is why bodybuilders switch around exercises.

Another method you could try out is doing a shock routine. This can consist of doing intense jelquing for more than your normal jelq time, or if you go by repetitions, more repetitions than you normally do. Shock routines are best done on the last day of your exercising shedule to allow enough time for healing and recovery.

Maybe you need to take a few days off, in order to give your penis a break. Then, when you are ready to begin again, start with a completely new routine.
