I'm trying to reorder some more patches but the site seems to want me to pick a new username and password. I tried to use my current one but it says already taken. Hm... I wonder by who? Am I missing something here?

Hey There,

You will need to pick a new username and password with every re-order.

This is because your current one will only allow access whilst the product lasts, e.g. 4 months supply = 4 months access to the members site.

It states that your username and password are already taken, because you are still currently using them.

Try to pick a variation of the ones you already have, such as adding a few numbers after them, so you can remember them.
