how does whacking off effect your penis growth? i do my thing like once or twice a day and afterwards my dick gets all flimsy....i feel like its counterproductive to growth. what do you all think?



and a better question: is there a best time to take the pills? like maybe right after you eat? or before you eat? or with a big glass of water?

Big Al: My opinion is that as long as you don't abuse your penis and as long as your masturbatory habits don't affect your routine, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Big Al: Take the pills 15-30 minutes before PE or sex. You'll feel the effects more on an empty stomach.

the pills say to take them with a meal but on an empty stomach always made more sense to me but I just followed the instructions. Just want to know why you think taking them on an empty stomach is better cause I think it would be better too.

If the stomach is full of food the pills will digest more slowly. Some of the ingredients may degrade if they sit in the stomach too long.
