Any other people have similar experiences?
What could be the cause, I wonder?

What about Meal Replacements and Meal Replacement Bars?

I'm taking pro solution and L-Carnitine...they seam to work well together. The L-Carnitine is to help with my work outs....not the PE stuff...jogging....it also helps burn fat. I asked the pro solution guys about it and they said they should work well together too.

I have noticed that there are a few products out there that seam to reduce your size considerably. Those energy drinks....for example drink two of those Sobe Adrenilen rush things and the poor guy shrivils up and dies :-? well ok doesn't die...it's only temp...it sikes you out but I somehow don't think they are good to use when on this program....anyone else have a similar experiance? I wonder what is in them that makes that happen....there are two I've tried and both do the same thing....anyone try those energy drinks?

If somebody were to list the ingredients, or contents, of these drinks, then it may provide a clue? Just wondering...

As for those meal bars, if you check for the protein contents, it is a good source of protein, if you can tolerate the taste of some of them. (I'm talking about those exercise bars) Some of them taste pretty bad, like cardboard, in my opinion, :(, but over time, some have them have improved their tastes so they are a little more palatable.

They aren't quite as filling as a real home-cooked meal though!

But, generally, having a good diet will provide you with the essential sources for healing and recovering.
