I was reading a post today of dopeman forum he was talking about his workout and there was a couple workouts i was not sure i understand.The 1 workout was THE SQUEEZE (25X).The 2 was HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT.And the 3 was the PC FLEX.Ithing i got the PCflex ,but not sure.

Hi mate,
try using the search feature and typing in those exercises. This feature is excellent if you can familiarise yourself with it properly.

BEWARE!!! The squezze is an ADVANCED exercise and is not recommended for those without at least 4 weeks PE experience behind them. It should be done with CAUTION the first few times until you are able to guage your response to it, as injuries are a possibility with this exercise.

Dazz thanks for the fast reply.I am on the 2 bottle of psp.My workout plan is 3 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off.Workout plan is as follows...

wake up cloth....1 min
long shlong.......50x ( 25 right - 25 left ) for 15second stretchs
long shlong heli...25x
jelq.................200x with the jelqs i can't stay hard no matter if i do them first or last
is it normal to not stay hard.before i started take the psp,i use to get
up with the wind.Can't say that now.
