Hi there all you PE fans in fact I would be glad to get an answer by one of you experts( better even from Darren Beale). Basically I have a few doubts outlined below.Ive been practicing my custom workout for 2 weeks now.
1- I have consulted a urologist once for a check-up and asked him about PE-he said due to the way the penis is made you cannot he stressed enlarge it in any substansial way-he turns out to be a professor of urology in Geneva and Munich and he is member of a European board..
2- It is stressed that you can enlarge your ligaments for instance with the exercises we practice however im a little worried cause ive strecthed i ligament in my wrist and it gave me instability and I know its bad news to stretch a ligament in general or rupture it for that matter-so why is it different for the penis?
3- I would really like to go from 16 centimeters to 20-is that realistic within a 3-4 month time frame?

-Please appease my doubts as honestly as possible I believe those first two points cannot be dismissed.

- this is just ignorance, they should take notice of sites like this, just look around the member forum, members post their testimonials every day, if there is no proof that it works then fine, but there are living live examples around this forum. I can not unfortunately tell you that any PE site as gone through medical trials because every medical organization backs away from it. We would LOVE someone TO DO MEDICAL research on our program.

- You need to take your time doing the exercises and practice caution. I can only point to the testimonials in this forum.

- THis all depends on you, are you going to be dedicated? do the exercises as they say? Ask for advice when you need it? Them gains can easily be made and there are members who have made them gains in that timeframe. We will help you all we can tomake them gains. Them gains are very achievable.

A few comments I'd like to say.

In my understanding, it appears to me that you have doubts about the effectiveness of PE.

There are several methods that a person can use to enlarge their penis. And I'm pretty sure that you have an idea of exactly what methods there are. Let me just briefly mention some of them, so you can get the broad picture when it comes to penis enlargement.

1. Phalloplasty - this is a method of penis enlargement, which, by the way, is the only method of penis enlargement that is recognized by the medical profession.

Under phalloplasty itself, there are several techniques that are performed, depending on what the patient wants, to surgically enhance their penis.

surgical lengthening procedure
- this is where penile lengthening is achieved whereby the
suspensory ligaments that supports and connects the
penis to the pubic bone is severed

- there are several drawbacks when undergoing this type of
procedure, such as: formation of scar tissue which leads to
length decrease, angle of erection is usually
significantly reduced, and since the penis is no longer firmly
in place, suspectibility to injuries increase.

penile girth augmentation
fat transfer - where the collection of fat cells from the
abdomen or inner thighs through liposuction
is injected along the length of the penile shaft

- drawbacks include reabsorption of fat into
body, losing girth; also lumpy fat deposits may
cause nodules on the penis itself, leaving a
lumpy appearance

dermal fat graft augmentation - is where two strips of
tissue, complete with fat and skin layers,
from the thighs and buttocks, is inserted
under the skin of the penile shaft

- drawbacks include painful recovery, and
large visible scars

alloderm - where it is made from thin sheets of freeze dried
cadaver skin and is applied in layers around the
penile shaft

2. Pumps - the principle of pumping is to increase the
volume of blood in the erect penis through a
vacuum

- gains are temporary at least, if its intent is for penis
enlargement, however there are benefits with its use

- drawbacks include ruptured capillaries and blood vessels,
leading to formation of bruising, and in severe cases,
internal haemmorrhaging

- less serious are water blisters and minor discoloration

3. Hanging - attachments of weight to the penis in order to
stretch the penile ligaments

- tissue damage from stretching can cause scarring,
possible nerve damage, painful erections

These are pretty much the major methods of penis enlargement. They all come with risks, and if a person were to use any of the aforementioned methods, they have done so by weighing the consequences and given it a lot of thought; it is by their choice. I am not advocating, and I also am not refuting these methods. To each their own. Everybody has their own personal reasons.

However, there is one method of PE that is a natural and more safe method than previously discussed, and that is one whereby the execution of exercises to the penis to achieve a larger penis. With a system of exercises like Penis-Health, the normal risks that are associated with other methods of penis enlargement are basically reduced in fashion.

Don't get me wrong, there are risks involved, not from the methods themselves, but from an uneducated exerciser.

Thankyou for the encouragement guys. This is only the beginning and I shall try to post to get the best out of the forum and experienced members as well as trying the program till the summer.
Please confirm the following though-can i safely get a 20 centimeter penis withing June if I follow the custom workout of 30-40 mins a day thoroughlly and try for a sit down stretch every once in a while..?All this starting at 16...

With hard work, dedication, and preserverance, you have the capability to achieve your goal. :) Don't, however, take my word for the gospel. You will have to realize that for some people, they will be able to achieve this in a relatively shorter time frame than some other people. Everybody is different with respect to the time and amount that they gain in a time period. Not everybody will be gaining at the same speed of gains. It may take a person 6 months to gain 1 1/2 inch, or 3 months, you don't know! It depends if a person is a hard-gainer or fast-gainer.

However, to give yourself the absolutely best chances of achieving your goal, remember a few things, such as:

No half-assed efforts, here. Do your exercises properly and with a modicum of intensity. So-so gets you a so-so result. Do them properly!

Along with intensity, make sure to get adequate rest to heal and recover. You can overtrain your penis just like you can overtrain your body in the gym. You want to give yourself the time for your body to heal, and afterwards, work on top of the newly healed cells, not break them down further without being fully healed, yielding minimal, or if at any, gains!

Diet. You can have the best workouts ever, but if your diet is basically junk food and pop, you're just fooling yourself here! Make sure to have a healthy diet. A healthy diet will provide you with all the essential elements needed for growth.

Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, too! This means if you smoke, or drink alcohol excessively, you will also be mininimizing your potential gains. If you are out of shape, an exercise program can only do you good, as you will be increasing the effeciency of blood circulation, and this will positively benefit your penis. A lack of adequate, or sustainable, blood flow to your penis usually means a resulting form of impotence.

PE is more often than not a lifestyle change for some people, as well as psychologically providing a raise in the self-image a person has of themselves. So, you gain in every department, really. :D
