It's been over 24 hours since I contacted customer service & was assigned ticket ID #89696-6104298#. I still have not received a response to my inquiry. The email that was generated by my request stated the response time should be around 7 hours. How do research the status of my ticket?

As soon as the ticket is answered, you will receive an email from us.

Inside it, there will be a link which you will need to click on the view the response.

Presently all tickets have been answered, so it may be worth checking your jumk mail folder to make doubly sure.

I have received every other email concerning my order, except a response to my ticket. It was not filtered into bulk/spam. So if all tickets have been answered, can someone send me the link fot this ticket number to my registered email, so I can view your response.

I apologise for the delay in answering your post.

Has the reply arrived yet? I spoke with some colleagues who said that some tickets were "hidden" and are slowly filtering through our systems.
