hi,

im new and ive been on the pills for 4 days and im doing the intermediate workout to start 20-25 minutes. i am uncirumcised and i found whenever im doing the strecthing excercises when i squeeze at the top of the head that the head shrinks and it starts to slip...also people say at the end of the workout your penis should stay heavy and and stuff but mine tends to go back after like 10-15 minutes after the workout and sometimes right after the hot towel cooldown. i just want to make sure im doing everything right cause i am dedicated to doing this i wanna make sure that im not doing anything wrong....plus i cant find the horizontal movement exercise...if anyone wants to share their successful programs they used tell me as well. thanks

firstly it is EXCELLENT that you are dedicated :) This is the best start, try doing a longer warm down session one of our remembers reported that he does a good 5 minute warm down session and I think this will help you stay bigger after the workout.

Also intemsity, do the exercises slowly and correctly and with a lot of pressure.

A post-workout "workout", so to speak, and one that I have found to be extremely helpful and beneficial in keeping the penis in its engorged state a lot longer than normal, is to periodically have an erection for a few minutes, several times afterwards, time permitting in each individual's situation.

Elabortating on pearce6' advice, intensity has a lot do do with the way your penis looks and feels after a session. Performing a session lackadaisacally would only yield a so-so result, however, if you maintain an intense workout, it should reflect itself when you are done your workout. And the cool-down cannot be stressed enough! Personally, I cool down for 15 minutes after every workout.

Everybody's situation is different, it is up to you figure out how to arrange your personal schedule, but you are to be commended for your determination and dedication to achieving your goals. You will succeed with it. :D

When you are stretching, you are supposed to locate your grip behind the coronal ridge of your glans, not gripping the glans itself. You will have to learn to "lock" your grip behind the coronal ridge, using the coronal ridge itself as "leverage", so to speak, in order to stretch. You say that you are uncircumcised, just pull back your foreskin to expose the corona, and then stretch from there.

I usually don't grab the head of the menis when stretching but just below it. Then again I don't do a lot of stretching, I rely mostly of jelqs.

When I jelg I make sure the head of my penis is hard. I make sure that I am forcing as much blood as possible into it. I know when to stop when a tiny flap of skin at the tip that usually isn't hard, is as hard as the rest of it. Then I keep going, until I think I've had enougth. Sometimes I do a lot other times I know I should give it a rest.

Holding just below the head of the penis seems to give me a better stretch and also it seems to be easier to grasp the penis. I agree with the above advice too, a post workout workout seems to give me a better workout overall but then it will definately need healing time.
