Hello customer support,
Im waiting on a reply to view my ticket I had issued recently. I have received an auto-response from Lativio. It states that its 7 hours average time for a ticket to be responded. Its been well and truly over 24 hours.
I hope it gets read soon as it outlines why I am disappointed with the Pro Solution Pills product,and workout routines. I've been a 4 month old avid member and seen no gains.

Yes apologies, are systems are constantly being updated, and unfortunately sometimes due to this, some tickets become "hidden".

When this happens they filter through randomly, and we then answer them.

I promise that all of the tickets that are viewable to us are answered daily. Every single one, it is our main priority.
