Mustrbating makes me disappointed

Hi members,
Eachtime i mustrbate, i feel disappointed and frustrated because my penis become weaker and it takes many days to get its normal strength. After mustrbating i lose hope of increasing my penis size and strenthing it too and i remain for days without having much keen towards ladies. Eventhough, i dont mustrbate alot, i just mustrbate once every 2 weeks. I need to stop mustrbating forever. Guys do you feel same thing i feel?
Do you think if i do PE, PC Muscle excercises, taking enlargment pills, volume pills, wearing penis ring (Blakoe) and stop mustrbating will provide strength to my penis and my semen production!?
I'm not satisfied of my penis size, its strength, and its semen production.

I need your advise guys. Any help will be appreciated

i know exactly how u feel.. i feel the same once i let one go, it feels good yes but afterwerds ur just weak and feel like u just ruined it.. well its not really hurting the process so i've heard but im choosing now not to masterbate so i can have my testestorne* levels in order and having the penis erect when i need it..

Masturbating will not affect your penis size. You'll have problems if you abuse masturbation, though.

Well what the hell is the strength good for, I mean will the strength increase your size?

I tryed stoping my ejaculation after I did my PE work out and squeezed my penis head but once I let go of penis, my sprem flow! Some body tell me I'm I doing bad or what?

Having better stamina and control over your penis will make you a better lover. Doing your stamina work is what will help you maintain your size gains when you decide to stop PEing.

A sign of having good penile control is If you're able to withhold your ejaculation for a good amount of time.
