i plan to stop lengthening at 7 or so
but i want to keep on the girth
can i just stop stretching and only do girth
or will he start to shrink back to embarrassment
also i recently read that you should stretch after jelqing
ive been doing it before
and went from 5.75 to 6.50
its taken a while but have noticed enough improvements
to keep me psyched about it
and one more thing
should i jelq after girth
or get it all done before
ive tried many different routines(been on this a year)
came up with my own that ive seen gains on
but if i can fix it and get more quicker then of course i'd
like to hear
my routine is:
warm up
100 power jelqs
150 hand jelqs
girth(i tried my own girth)maybe its been posted before
but i stumbled on it myself
i ok grip the base
pub flex it fully gorged and hold
then sqeeze the head forcing it all back to the shaft
hold for 5 sec. release the head then jelq my ok grip
about 10 sets of those
then 50 jelqs (hand or power)depending on time/tired
hot shower
1 day on 1 off
like i said ive been here a year(i dont post much)
march through february - 0 gains,
dont know what i did wrong
february to now 3/4 inch length 5.75-6.5
1/4 inch girth 4.75-5.0
not alot but finally something
can i fix my routines
and could someone answer thos questions for me
