View Full Version : Tutorial - Converting Time into Reps

From next week I'm starting the Beginner's 20-25 minute work out plan which is the following:

Wake up Cloth = 3 mins
The Long Schlong = 5 mins
The Jelq = 8 mins
The Power Stretch = 4 mins
Horizontal Movement = 3 mins
Wake up Cloth = 1 min

Basically, can someone tell me how I am to convert these into reps, for this, and future use.

Thankyou, would be a huge help

It's incredibly easy just take a piece of paper and layout what you are doing. You said for the Long Schlong you were doing 5 minutes. Think about what you were doing. The LS is normally performed in each of 5 directions. OK that means that you were devoting 1 minute to each direction(5/5=1). OK, lets say you were holding each stretch for 15 seconds(60/15=4). What this means is that you were doing 4 reps @ 15 sec. in each of the five directions. Because of the different directions of stretch this is the most complicated breakdown. As far as jelqs, just figure how long to you take for one jelq. Let's say one jelq is 3 seconds. That means that you perform (60/3=20) 20 jelqs per minute. If you spend 5 minutes on the jelq, then you are doing 100 reps.

Ah I see how you mean now, at the moment i've been doing LS at 20 seconds, 3 reps each direction. So basically that works out the same I've been doing for 2 weeks, wouldn't this need to be increased for this 3rd week starting next week, or is the same amount still fine?

What I'm trying to say (i know that didn't come out too clear), was as you look to increase Jelqs each week, is it the same with LS, or am I looking to keep the same time on LS, whilst adding different length exercises? (My current consists of LS and Jelqs).

If you need that rephrasing then just say.

For the LS stay @ 20 sec. but increase to 6 reps. Do that for two weeks, and then increase each rep to 25 sec. for two weeks. Then go to 30 sec. for two weeks, and then your going to start trying some intermediate exercises such as the LS Heli. For the jelqs try increasing at a rate of 25 reps per week. When you get to 200 reps stay there for a month, and then start increasing at the 25 reps rate. Max at 300 reps and try adding some new girth exercises. Squeezes, Uli's, slammers, basically something that you need to figure out.

Thanks turtle, I've got a workout plan now up to my 8th week on PE, so i should be good until then.

Thank again.

what about the other exercises, I mean for example, the power stretch - the video says to do 15 seconds in each direction, but on the 30-45 min beginner exercise, it tells you to do it for 6 minutes. 5 x 15 = 1:15, so am I supposed to do more sets? Do it for longer? This also won't hurt my progress by overdoing it too? I'd appreciate any insight into this.

Yes do more reps if you're going to be doing that routine where it's suggested.

Just do the math.

so, you mean more reps, as in 3 sets and whatever reps to add to 6 min, or do you mean more sets as in whatever number of sets that have 5 reps in them?

If the exercise calls for you to do each Long Schlong for 15 seconds then you do those reps for 15 seconds each. So for each Schlong: outwards, downwards, to the side, upwards, to the other side (5 x 15 = 75 seconds to do 1 entire cycle)

So if you are being called to do 6 minutes of Long Schlongs add up the time to get you to do 6 minutes worth which would probably be about 5 entire cycles.

that's an easy way to do it. I usually do it that way BUT if it's 6 minutes for the schlong ill just go ahead and do a cycle per minute and do 6 cycles of the 5 positions just to make things simple.

I just saw the exercises, so I do these in the span of time once a day for beginners

Flaccid GI 4.5 Length 4.5
Erect GI 5.75 Length 6.75

goal
erect girth 7 length 8.5

Not a bad start. Since you're new, you should start a log of all your progress with exactly what you are doing and keep informing of moderations to your goal, etc. so if you are doing anything wrong or if anyone sees something they can give pointers on they will be able to offer some suggestions.
