hey guys just wanted to drop a few lines let uknow I'm still alive,I read the article Darren posted and it got me to thinking. i had been going through a growth spurt then things seemed to plane out for a couple weeks, so i decided to change things around a bit , i must say, today will be the 3rd day on my new routine and already Ive noticed the changes. If I keep this up I may reach or even surpass my goal within the next 1-3 months.
I hope I dont sound like Im getting ahead of myself, but I feel pretty optamistic about this new routine.
All I have to say to all u newbies and u guys who haven't seen many gains is , Don't give up!
