Ok my name is damien, my question is this. I have been taking psp's for one week now and i havent like followed up on everything but for starters i am suppose to be more erect for one but i actually find myself not getting erect as easy as before its alot more difficult. and i need advice on whats happening i think i need a little more practice on the excercises but when i get to the jelq i cant find myself getting erect enough to do it and another thing when i first started i was solid erect but now i cant get fully erect. i need to no what to do and if im doing anything wrong also i found that your not supposed to masterbate when i do the excersises i did that alot before so i dont no if that had anything to do with it i am naturally 7inches long when erect i guess thats good ive notices a little more gaining on that since ive started already

Hi mate,
I assume that you have visited to PH light site after purchasing your pills and learnt the basic exercises correctly and are following one of the recommended routines?
It wouldnt surprise me that you are overworking yourself as a newbie and hence your erection difficulties. Also, if you are like me when I first started, I was blowing my load mid workout, and again at the end of the workout and a couple times extra during the day for good measure. Bottom line? exhausted dick!!
Hints
Take your pill 1 hour before your workout.
Do your girthwork (jelqs etc) before your stretching. This will assist you to maintain erection levels without exhausting your dick from stretches.
Then do your stretching with a totally flaccid dick after exhausting it with your jelqs.
Refrain from blowing your load inside of the 3 hours window before and after your workout.
Take the required days off as suggested in the routine ie 3 on - 2 off, 2 on - 1 off
And above all, go slowly as a newbie and build the intensity as you progress, your dick need to become conditioned to the exercises.

It must be remembered that this is not unlike a fitness program at the gym. The difficulty rating should not be advanced through too quickly.
It is a gradual process which will take time, results will not happen overnight.
The best advice is the plan your routines carefully, stick to them and keep up your motivation.:sm19

thanks for the help i still feel like i need more instructions on the excercises tho but we'll see how it goes if u have any more advice then please feel free

Hi mate,
If you still feel the need for more instruction after viewing the videos, still photos and text on the penis health lite site, then I suggest that you do a search on the names of each exercise and read through the results. The forum is filled with heaps of information on routines etc and all it takes for you to take advantage of this info, is a little time spent on research on your behalf ;)
