View Full Version : How about an "Exercise Forum"?

.....or even a Stiky in the Newbie Forum Section for basic excercises and another Stiky in the Advanced Excercise Forum for advanced excercises.

It is awful to have to search through loads of posts before we get a perfect and proper explaination of any given excercise, ie., "horizontal movement". I'm tired of searching for a proper explaination of it.

Proper explainations of any given excercise should either be only from staff, a moderator or a member's explaination only if it is correct and the definition is approved by staff before a copy of the post gets placed the special "Excercise Section" or Stiky. There could even be multiple definitions and explainations of any given excercise.

Just my 2 cents for what ever it is worth. Should be worth at least 2 cents. I'll be watching for a check in the mail. :-)

Below is a post from 'roylmanone' which is exactly the reason for my post shown above:

<i>What about the rookies?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is there somewhere on this page, or someone on this forum that can just really break down the PE excersises, techniques etc...I know what jelking is, but have no idea about the stretches. I am ready to do what ever it takes but would really like some help. For instance....what is a good beginner routine? What is a long shanks stretch? I have tried to do a search in the forums but come up empty. I may want to try some products at a later date but would like to stick to just the basics for now.
Thank you in advance,

Okay Loggerhead,

If that's the way you feel, then you are highly advised to read through my response to roylmanone as well. It is post # 2 in the following thread:

Okay I see how it works. They want people to buy a membership to PH. That's fine. I just think it should be a little more out there in the open that that is what is needed to be able to quickly cut through all the unnessesary crap. No body should have to drudge through loads of stuff to find accurate info. They need to understand that shortcuts for info cost extra and they need direction on how to get it. I think people are willing to pay for good help. They just need to be directed and told up front.

What's the fuss all about? Stay home once instead of going out, and there's your Penis- Health membership.
You'll get more out of it, that's for sure.

I also don't quite understand what's so difficult about searching the forum. It may take some time, but if you don't want to pay, you'll have to put up with that.
If someone doesn't want to pay for a cab, he'll have to go home on his feet.

There's no crap to cut through if you read the sticky posts first.

Hi mate,
"Drudging through loads of stuff to find accurate info" is free!;)

I dont think a day goes by, that a newbie introduces himself on the forum and is given a welcome that also includes the suggestion to subscribe to penishealth.com to make the PE experience that much easier.

And the unecessary crap that you speak of, is a direct result of those unwarranted posts by those that continually post the same sorts of questions over and over in new threads, because they are too lazy to do their own research to find answers.

Also, making a habit of reading all the new posts each day, will keep you up to date and informed ;)

Cheers
