Does anyone have a routine, which they'd say is a really effective workout for length and girth? Could people please post me their workouts which they have, explaining how they do it, etc.

Welcome to the forum.
And in answer to your question...Yes, there are many effective routines out there. You simply need to take some time to look for them!

Check out the Enlargement Progress/Tracking section of the forum, where many members have posted what has worked best for them.

Familiarize yourself with the fundamental exercises involved in PEing, and join www.penis-health.com if you haven't already. The 50 bucks I spent there was well worth it. The site has detailed explanations of the exercises, including pics and videos. It also provides beginner through advanced routines, and provides techniques on how to maintain a healthier penis whilst alleviating pre-mature ejaculation, along with much more.

Basically it will provide you with the peace of mind of knowing that you are doing things properly. It takes the guesswork out of penis enlargement. In my opinion, there is no substitute for it.

But that's just me. Actually no, that's not just me---the other vets and many of the other guys on this forum will tell you the exact same thing. ;)

Stop looking for a quick fix. Penis enlargement is for the long haul.

As for the ultimate routine, there isn't one really, everyone likes different exercises. So the key to getting your ultimate routine is knowing wich exercises you like best, and doing them.

Ok Ok.. don't shout guys!! lol.. I just wanted to know, if anyone has found an exact routine, which they have found has effective results. Yes, for everyone it will be different, but i just want to see what people are recommending.

P.S.. does PEing mean Penis Exercising?

as for what I recommend, since your a noobie, I recommend you start the noobie routine before you injure yourself with a routine that's too intense for yours level.

Even if I did give you what I think is the best routine, you'd probably be scared shitless when you see the fluid buildup and multiple bruises on your dick from the pressure. So get yourself conditionned first. Don't rush it.

PE = penis enlargement
"PEing" is my conversion of PE into a verb which means "the act of doing PE"
(So yes, like you said, "Penis Exercising")

Thanks guys... Woohoo19m... you're right... I did get some little lumps and stuff when trying the exercises!! I guess this is just part of the process!! Well... now i've started my own post about my gains... so watch this space... my current workout is now:

5 minutes of dry Jelquing (ca. 4 seconds per jelq)
20 squeezes à 10 seconds
10 Supra Slammers
10 Ferrari head squeezes
8-10 Ferrari Slider Blasters
5 A- stretches à 10 seconds
Shower as warmdown

So... i hope i'll see some real gains soon!

Just to check- you are doing a warm-up before you start aren't you?:o

If not, you REALLY should be, if you do your exercises without any warm-up, you vastly increase the risk of injury, and this will significantly slow your gains!:(

well.. i am using a warm towel as a warm up and then the jelqs (sometimes i don't use the warm towel)... is this enough??

what should I be doing as warmups for maximum gains?

Whew!

Very glad to hear that you are doing a warm-up, the hot towel should be fine, if there are any better suggestions, I am sure the veterans will let you know their suggestions.

Please please make sure you are doing a full warm up every time you exercise. The warm up is often neglected as a time waster however the warm up doesnt just help to prevent injuries but it also helps to enhance the effectiveness of the exercises by getting the blood flowing freely.

As for your routine, if you are fairly new to PE then please please go careful, some of the exercises you are doing are advanced exercises which could explain why you have experienced lumps. Please use extreme caution or considering switching to a lighter routine for a few weeks until your penis has become accustomed to being exercised.

That looks like an excessive amount of volume for a newbie. Squeezes shouldn't even be on your list until you've had a few weeks of training under your belt. Also, to make progress your workouts will need to be a little more challenging each subsequent session.

well.. i have been doing this for a while now... but just on and off.. i've just purchased the andropenis device online.. so i will be using this from now on too... hopefully it should be here in a week or so!

Right there is the reason most people have trouble being successful. It's called dedication, consistency, and intensity. If you don't have it, then the likelihood of success is reduced dramatically.

i got this daily routine.. but the thing is, i dont know those terms (jelquing, supra slammers, ferrari head squeezes, slider blasters and A-streches.. would anyone please, explain it for newbie like me.. tnx..

If you do a little research you will find a description of everyone of those exercises. You also find out that as a newbie you shouldn't even think about most of those exercises. The routine you listed would be for someone with a minimum of 3 months of steady PE. Try that routine and all that you will accomplish is an injury.
