Okay, this is my second repost for the winners of the contest. My computer froze just as I was previewing my first post, and subsequently lost my post. It took me a long time to write it up. So my patience is being tested now! :(

Okay, some comments I will say.

I believe that whenever Daz decides to hold a competition, it is a special event, and one that members of these forums look forward to with eagerness and anticipation. Anything to promote active involvement in these forums is a great way to get everybody involved, whether it be through sharing their experiences, comments, ideas, or tips, or whatever it is that is being contributed. Just to get people talking and discussing, whether dissenting or not, is one of the purposes of having an open forum. The general improvement of ourselves, whether mentally, physically, or spiritually, is a never-ending journey! :)

Also, keep in mind, competitions whereby there is awarding of prizes, in my personal and honest opinion, is of a special privilege given to the members. Competitions are not a right! It is not something that is to be expected, even every now and then. So, whenever there is a competition running, it is to the benefit of all members to be as much involved as possible, in order to even justify putting one on.

Which leads me to this: the competition has been running for approximately two weeks, enough time for members to creatively produce articles, or invest some time for promoting this forum in other places, or even share their personal stories.

And only 4 people entered? Just where was everybody? This also applies to all you "guests", boardlurkers, and unregistered users. It only takes a minute to sign up, and it's free! Don't you feel it would be better to be "inside" the community, where we help each other out, rather than being on the outside. Being part of a community means being involved on a more personal level, where your contributions have just a little more meaning, along with an identity where we can at least put a name to your contributions. This is where your identiy, and credibility, comes from.

Okay, now for the winners of the competitions! I took a long time to think about this competition. I read every article, post, thread, comments from users from other sites, and reread it over and over. It took a lot of work, and a lot of time on my part, however, not as much work or time as the members themselves have put in. They are to be commended for their hard work and efforts, of sharing their personal stories, promoting Mens-Network to a variety of other places, their unique tips, I must say, all in the name of helping fellow members and potential members!

It was extremely hard to judge. I realize that I can't please everybody.

1st competition, was for promoting the forums, and was the most intense of the three. I chose maxpower54 and holla.

2nd competition, was for posting most useful tips and such, really no one but KingD.

3rd, and final competition, was for PE or sex related article, I chose sonnenkind.

1st Prize: KingD

2nd Prize: maxpower54

3rd Prize: holla

4th Prize: sonnenkind

Congratulations to the deserving winners. It was a lot of hard work.

On a final note, I would personally like to extend my thanks towards Daz for providing the opportunity of a contest for the members. I only hope that in the future, more members will take a proactive approach when it comes to competitions, thereby justifying his generous, but not obligated, gesture!

I am not quite sure i inderstand the results for the competition. In the original competition description, it says that the winners get their choices of the prizes in the order that they won. Right above where the prizes are listed on the first note on this thread, it is stated that:

These are the competitions.... There will be 4 winners and the winners will be picked by tigerbartlett. Winners will be picked on the 1st of April so you have 15 days or so for this competition.

First competition: This competition is by far the easiest! The Mens-Network forum is open to everyone and the more people we get viewing the forum the happier we are. The person that finds a way to attract people to this forum will WIN. You must post in this thread with EVIDENCE of what you did to bring attention to this free PE Forum.... There will be 2 WINNERS on this competition.

yea, i agree with holla. i understand that the supplies were low and everything but we didnt hear anything on the status of shipment, approximate arrival date, or anything. i dont understand why the other 2 would receive their prizes first, especially sincce me and holla won the 2 top prizes, but im starting to wonder because i think if kingd didnt get his yet, he would be wondering whats up just like i am because it seems like he watches this forum closely.
oh, and im not trying to complain or anything like that, please dont take it that way. however, i would really appreciate a response to my emails or anything telling us what's going on because Im anxiously awaiting my pills.

to me it sounds like bitching, yes everyone got their prizes last time, and they will do this time, if you send me your address then I have it. The prizes will get sent out as usual, supplies of PSP are low and paying customers come first until new supplies arrive.
