Hey guys, I posted a thread a couple of months ago about interaction of psp and my anxiety medication. Let me tell you the psp really sent me into an anxiety attack and increased my heart rate and palpatations. I have not wanted to try it sense. So my question is does anyone have something to recommend that would increase blood flow to the penis but not increase blood pressure or heart rate. Maybe like a topical creme or this leech oil I read about? I see where GNC sells Mega Man vits. with L-arginine, would this be a possibility? I would really like to increase blood flow because after wourkouts and the following day, the shrinkage is terrible, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do Cardio.
It'll strengthen your heart, and promote good bloodflow throughout your body.
You are what you eat, if you eat too much crap, you'll end up being crappy. So watch what you put into your body.

What meds are you on, if you don't mind me asking?
I am currently on Zoloft, which is an SSRI anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication, and I will be trying PSP here shortly. I'll report back on my results---which I'm sure will be increased horniness and better PE gains!

Hi to you all the forum,
I am PEing for 7 months now and I have found on this forum great inspiration.
I am too on SSRI, I am taking Citalopram ( one brand name is Celexa I think ) and I am also taking betablockers so my libido is low and have some difficult in maintaining an erection.
This is the main motive I began PE.
Very good gain in lenght, less in girth but with the advise found here now I have a routine that seems work.
May I ask you if on Zoloft have you noticed a libido decreasing?
Thanks.
frank100,
Welcome to the forum!

Yes, absolutely. I find it harder to achieve---but especially to maintain---an erection. Ejaculation is delayed, and so it takes more stimulation to reach orgasm. All in all, I have struggled with this. It has been a challenge to follow a PE routine and deal with this issue.
Over time, I have managed to adapt. My account of all of this can be found in the "Enlargement Progress Tracking" section of the forum. The thread is called "Fruits of the Vine," in case you're interested in finding out more about my situation as it relates to Zoloft.
Hope this helps.

Big Vine thank you,
so we have similar situation.
Good thing is that I have a good level of morning wood, but reaching 100% hardness during PE is for me impossible at the moment.
For example is impossible for me using the cable clamps, but fortunatly I have found on this forum some excellent routines based on the "Squeezes" where it needs no more then 50-80% of hardness. During the squeezes my expansion is about 0.5"-0.75".
Thanks Big Al for this wonderful exercise.
Now I am going to read with great attention your "Fruits of the Vine".

Answering your question Big Vine, I was on the generic form for paxil, but I went to a pharmacist who uses alot of herbal therapy and he gave me a simple electromagnetic test with the pills I was using. His analysis was it was making me weaker and suggested an herbal fix by the name of 5-htp which is the direct precursor to seretonin in the body. It seems to work pretty good though I do have "spells" as I call them from time to time. I would just like something to increase blood flow during the day but without triggering the anxiety. Is there any product out there that would do this?

Hi,
To make a long story short, I know very well the anxiety problems and how life is difficult with them.
If you could fix it with an herbal product you are a lucky man.
But I think you are lucky even if you succed in fixing it using Paxil or similar.
I am too interested in increasing blood flow to the penis while on medications.
My attention is on 2 products like Cialis in low dosage and Arginine in the correct dosage.
Is my intention to begin one of the next weeks with the goal of finally doing "girth" in a true way.
