im entering week 2 and i just wandered how many jelgs i should be at i got to 35 b4 i went limp. but i dont think this is right also i kinda blew so i couldnt finish any ideas for this also im trying to get enough money 2 apply at penishealth.com site is that worth it

Going limp after 35 good jelqs is perfectly normal---especially in only your second week of PEing. You need to stop and renew your erection (aim for about a 70% erection level) whenever you go limp. Try doing the following:

-start out with a set of 25 jelqs
-stop to renew your erection, then do another set of 25 jelqs
-repeat this until you hit 100-200 jelqs in total

And do not ejaculate!

As for the penis-health membership...yes, it is money very well spent. Exercises are described in detail, complete with pics and videos. Routines are provided from beginner to advanced. There are a number of other features on the site...too many to list off here. I'm sure that you will be glad that you saved up your money to join the site.

actually i jsut found out that i am a member there already that was pretty cool but thanks for that advice i expirienced some pain at the base of my penis from the stretches and i belive it is normal but im taking a day or 2 off to heal but yes i jsut now need to figure out a good program to invrease length and girth i have the supply i jsut need the right direction i no i dont have to do all excercises but thanks
