I have been on the PE program for 5 days and I have a couple of questions? First how should PE be taken all at the same time or spread out through the day(B,L,D)? Second I am a smoker will the results be slowed down or will I have no gains at all. (I'm trying to quite but it is hard.)

I am of the train of thought which is to get the whole workout completed at once, in order for the body to take over and begin the healing process.
Splitting your session into 3 partial segments done throughout the day, is a method that I haven't tried yet, and really depends on your personal situations such as: time available to perform PE, privacy concerns, and the like.
I believe that PE should be done at your most convenient and comfortable time that you can find, in order to have a focused and intense PE session, yielding the most out of your workout session as possible. Distractions tend to make a person lose their concentration, and their workout suffers as a result.
Maybe there are members of the forum who have experimented in this fashion, and can offer their advice.
As for smoking, yes, it will more negatively impact your PE than positively. It would be good to quit smoking, not just for PE, but for your overall general health as well. Good Luck! :)

I ment the pills not the work out.

Oh, then one pill with breakfast, one with lunch, and one with your dinner, or all three at once, preferably (up to you) when you retire for the night!
Try maybe spacing out ingesting them evenly throughout the day!
