Hey guys...
I'm just under the three month mark of PE and I have noticed some differences already. I'm still on the intermediate program and I've begun experimenting with supplementing it with one or two of the advanced exercises. The issue is, I believe I may be hitting a plateau already and I'm wondering what I can do to keep a forward momentum. What would any of you suggest as good supplementation to the intermediate level? I'd like to concentrate on length because it seems as if I'm gaining girth quicker than length. Also, I'm beginning to experiance the "baseball bat" effect.....not something I want.
