CAN ANYONE PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:

HAS ANYONE HERE TAKEN BODY BUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
DURING PE'ING---IE: CREATINE, GLUTAMINE POWDER--PROTIENE SHAKES ECT....

DID TAKING THESE SUPPLEMENTS WHILE PE'ING INCREASE OR HINDER GROWTH?


DOES ANYONE HAVE AN OPINION ON THIS TOPICAL TESTOSTERONE "ANDROGEL"

HAS ANYONE USED "ANDROGEL"? WHAT KIND OF RESULTS HAVE YOU AQUIRED USING IT?

I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME OPIONIONS/ANSWERS

Here's a link to a post that discusses Androgel. Personally, I don't think I'd mess with it, but from the post it seems that people have had success with it.

Body building supplements may or may not help. Those are made to promote muscle growth. The penis is not a muscle so it probably doesn't help as much as the penis pills would.

Something that excelerates healing might help though. As the penis is enlarged by the healing process after the traumatic workout. Allow time to heal.

protein is good. it won't cause you to get better results on its own, but it is what you need to repair the damage that you do during the exercises. you can't build a house without wood, even if you have a thousand workers.

if you are serious about body building, you need your weight (in pounds) times 1.5 grams of protein a day.

if you lift weights 5 days a week or more, you need at least 130 grams of protein per day.

if you lift 1-4 days per week, you need 100 grams of protein a day.

if you are only interested in penis enlargement, you need 75 grams of protein a day. 50 for normal maintenance and 25 extra to repair the damage to your penis.

I suggest getting "mega isolate" at any gnc store. brace yourself though because no matter what flavor you get, it will tase horrible. take it after your workout.
